This was my first experience selling a home.
I interviewed several realtors before deciding to work with Team D'Alimonte. They had everything I was looking for i.e. knowledge of the housing market, years of experience selling homes, ability to promote my home in the most effect way, and impeccable reputation (I asked around). I had the opportunity to work with the entire Team (Tony, Jeremy, and Matt). They went above and beyond what was expected and what most realtors would do for their clients. I started working with the Team as I was poking around this spring (2024) was introduced to them through a friend as he'd worked with Tony previously.
I met Matt a little after, and a couple weeks went by and we started seriously looking. house after house, it was not looking good, as I was being priced out of my budget through high-ball offers with no conditions. On a whim, Matt recommended I take a look at a Condo. I wasn't interested at first, but I went to take a look at it. The condo was very nice, in a great area (bettet than downtown Windsor) and huge potential. He suggested I throw an offer in for the hell of it, and it ended up being accepted that night! I would never have looked at this place if it wasn't for Matt. He talked me through every step, showed me common things that look like they need replacement or in good condition, which eased my tensions a lot. Im very happy with the Team's service. Made buying my first house the best experience! 100% recommended for any starter families or anyone looking to change around.
Looking for a multi-generational home was not easy since there were many requirements for myself and my husband as we get older, my aging mother and our adult son and his girlfriend saving to buy a house.
